Enlist your parents. Computers are expensive. There needs to be clear rules and consequences. And you have my sympathy. My mother had older brothers and little brothers and it was the little brothers that gave her all the trouble.

I have three children and one is seven and one is four one is too young to be on a computer but I give mine a time limit and if he's that young you need to supervise there are fun games for kids that age he probably wants to be like his big brother.

Ok get him to play with other things like cars, trucks or why don't you grab a ball and play together.

when your not using your computer either turn it off or logoff and set a password to your profile so he cant get on
