There can be tons of reasons but I don't know much about your situation. Here are a few suggestions I have:
1. She's uncomfortable about your living situation and is too afraid to tell you/visit you.
2. She doesn't like who you're living with and won't put that behind her to see you.
3. She can't afford to travel but is embarassed to admit it.
4. She's really bothered by the fact that you don't live with/near her and is scared that she'll be sad when she visits you.
5. She has a grudge she's holding against you and won't tell you about it.
As bad as this may sound- her fear of SOMETHING (I don't know what) is greater than the desire to see you, or else she would have. It could be a legitimate fear or an irrational fear, I don't know enough about your situation to suggest which one it is.

please never doubt the love of ur mom. when shes gone ull regret it. bring it to her attention. shes the only 1 with the answer u need. good luck
