What does this error mean???

Question

i downloaded POP T2T and was extracting and at about 70% 2 errors occured one was there wasnt enough disk space(but i had 6 gb free space) and the other one was that only "Write error: Only NFTS file systems can support files larger than 4gb
( i was using WinRAR)

I think WinRAR cannot extract files larger than a DVD?

if initialy u'r file is 4Go compressed if u decompresse it ,it may take more than 6Go....NTFS is:

and WinRar can decompress dvd or other big size of files...during decompresion it use the tmp folder ..located on the part C:/ of the hard disk
