where can i find a used throttle body for a `99 vw jetta?

For parts, I would check VWVortex classifieds:

You'll need to know what type of engine you have (2.0L 4cylinder, 1.8T, or VR6). You might even have to know the engine code, but I doubt it.

Depending on the motor........ I have located 7 throttle bodies on Ebay......until I know the vehicle engine/vin number I cannot find further equipment for your vehicle.....
