Nothing to be depressed about. There's a good chance nobody saw you. Lot's of people had incidents like that. Even if somebody saw you, it's nothing to be ashamed about. It was an accident and no big deal.

It is not as bad as you think. Just don't let it happen again and nothing will come of it. Stop worrying about it. These kinds of things happen to everyone at some time or another in their life. Everyone understands. Hold your head up and go about your business as if nothing happened. If someone brings it up just tell the truth--it was an innocent oversight and it won't happen again. Sorry. That is the end of it. Don't get embarrassed, it really is not that big of a deal. Smile about it. Shrug your shoulders. Apologize. That will be the end of it. Unless someone took a picture and then it may be more difficult to live down. You can't do anything about it now. You will just have to see what happens. Try not to worry about it. You are a fine person and everyone knows that, so keep that thought.

Don't be depressed about it. That's lame. Close your window next time. Believe me, this stuff happens all the time. It's just funny when it happens to someone else. You should also change your "sanitary pads" in the bathroom for sanitary reasons. Ever remember when you were five years old and you changed in front of an open window? Well, you weren't ashamed then, but you learned to close your blinds. Do that now. Don't be depressed 'cause there's nothing to be depressed about unless you're hideously ugly--then definitely close your blinds 'cause nobody wants to see that.

Don't let that episode keep you from engaging in other activities. Sorry that happened to you. Just because I'm a guy, doesn't mean that every female should strip in front in me. I can understand your embarassment . Nothing happened to you, just the window was opened.

I was expecting a phone call from the guy I like, and when he called I had to get out of the bathtub and pick up the phone. I hope no one saw me. It was not even him on the phone, what a pitty. I ran back to the bathroom, cussing :)
But don't you worry it's alright.

(1) Dont worry about it AND (2) Next time just pay more attention to your surroundings and close your blinds/curtains. On a personal note, I bet your very beautifull and you just need to realise it for yourself. Also, get checked for clinical depression. It aint nothing to ignore.

Oh, forget it. It's just one of those things in life....you'll learn from it, and you'll be careful to close the window next time.
However, your preoccupation with this thing sounds as if there's a bigger issue underlying the story.
