I know Saturn has this. It depends on the dealer, manufacturer and contract terms. Best ask them before you buy.

Depends on what the contract says. If It's a thirty day thing and you haven't passed the thirty days I don't see why not.

No i don't believe so. You haven't even made the first payment. If you pay in full for it, yes you can.
