ive been entering the contest everyday. i think its a scam because i was giveaway number 1025 and i went to who won recently.it said 1025 and it was a differrent person than me.why does it say someone with those initials we be declared a winner? if that was the case i would have already won but whoever won didnt have my initals.i believe they get paid to go on tv to say that. im for sure its not real. inless they could prove me wrong

It would be a pretty big pure scam to pull off. I do know that they've been cited for extremely deceptive practices regarding prize eligibility and chance of winning.

if you have documentation of your number for that day, persue it. it seems to me that if they advertise a give away and you have the no. they will have to honor their advertisment.
