It depends on the US daylight saving time, but normally it is 2 hours difference with Daylight saving time and 1 hour difference without it.

Currently as of today March 19, 2007

Puerto Rico is 1 hour ahead of Central Time

so Central time is 09:50am and here in Puerto Rico it is 10:50am

Hey! I am from PR and currently living in Dallas, TX (CST). As of now with DST PR is one hour ahead than Central time, when DST is over....PR will be 2 hours ahead.
Now...8:43 Dallas....9:43 PR!
