This is a question my friend asked that's really got me thinking. Is there a scientific reason why there is a bad taste in your mouth after you take naps during the daytime? I know it's not just a few people and I can actually relate with a lot of people. Does anyone know the answer.

When you sleeping your mouth does not produce saliva that breaks down bacteria ,when you wake up you have that 'morning breath' that is stinky. Everybody has it at one time so the best thing to do is brush your teeth and use mouthwash when you wake up.
There is now a new night time toothpaste that is supose to help, but I have not tried that yet.
