Too much of ANY food can give you fat, so when you go to the market, try cutting back, like get skim milk instead of whole, fat free mayo instead of regular, baked chips instead of fried, and get turkey bacon instead of regular. hope this help!!

I am a vegetarian. I would say try to avoid animal fats i.e. saturated fats and eat 'good' vegetable fats (from nuts and seeds and vegetable oils, minus palm oil).

Fast food, in general. Non-lean meats, most bagged chips, oils, and alot of dairy products.

You don't have to avoid any food! There is no such thing as "bad" food. Just eat less of it.

WHOLE MILK! Cut back on everything, you need fat to fill you up, same for protein!
