No.... some guys will but others are too shy or too scared. I had a thing for this one guy, but ended up dating someone else who made it clear he liked me. Later I found out the first one did like me, but never said anything to me the second guy didn't even work out!!!. If you like a guy, you should try to find out if he likes you too.

men are really shy when it comes to these sort of things. they hate rejection big time. the way you can tell if a guy likes you is he will flirt with u big time. so girls dont depend on the guys to make the first move. if you want your guy go and get him!

Not all the time, sometimes they are shy and dont have the guts to do it. But usually yes they do ask them out if they like them alot and you like them back
