Hey, well, obviously I'm not a guy, but still, yes, guys definetly pop the L word to get girls into bed, mostly if said gils are relucant about it. Well, idiots do anyway. And some guys aren't sure about what they feel (yahoo answers is FULL of "what is love" questions!) and say they love you because you told them you love them. So, anyway, the words re easily said, its thections hat show what's really there.

Ok Im a guy and most will say what ever it takes to get to sex. The way you tell if a guy loves you is by his actions. If he says he loves you and pushes you into having sex when you are not ready, then that is all he is after.

You already answered your question. If a guy says he loves a girl and he really doesn't he is after sex. He could be just saying what he thinks the woman wants to hear too.

i think it depends on guys too. There are some guys that can say it almost to any girl just because he feels so for this moment and that's all. And at the same time there are some guys that can say it only once or twice in their life.

They do say 'I love you' when they don't mean it. I know this because numerous guys have said this to me, and I know they didn't mean it, because they ended up cheating on me, or leaving me soon after. Some guys are honest, and won't say it unless they mean it, but a lot of the guys I know will say Anything to get the girl.

Tamzin.... Im female but Im going to answer anyway, OF COURSE a man would say he loves you if he doesnt mean it. Guys say things they dont mean at the drop of a hat for many reasons........... mostly its to get to have sex with you.

There are guys who will say ANYTHING to get what they want. Iif they think "I love you" will do the trick, that's what they will say.
others have some sense of propriety and reserve that expression for something real, but certainly not all.
