I use to, don't right now but it really does work.

I have used it for a few weeks and it seems to work - it does not knock you out like sleeping pills do, but it helps you relax and makes your body understand it's time to go to sleep. The odd thing is, especially the first few nights it gave me nightmares - but I can't say for sure if it's related.

I have tried it before and it did not seem to work..
I use the anti-histamine Dihpenhydramine Hydrachloride
( Benderyl ) now....125mg just before bedtime...It works great.

I've never taken Melatonin, if I can't sleep, I'll just lay there and get completely lost in my thoughts.

yes it works, it's not designed to knock you out though just give you more restful sleep
