There's no "magic" in the water itself. It's a symbolism of your willingness to be cleansed of your sins by repentance and ritual water baptism.

It depends on your persuasion. Some people believe that the water has to be blessed by a priest, or that it has to come from the river Jordan. But I think a key element in all the different practices of baptism is that they are done in public and they are performed by someone else. Baptism is always a public expression of faith. SO, theoretically the morning shower could do it, but you'd have to have someone turn on the water for you, and you better have a big bathroom.

Baptism water doesn't "do the trick" either. There is nothing magical about baptism water, and it is not essential to salvation. According to the Bible, a full submersion baptism (which is the only biblical kind, not sprinkling) is only a sign that you have accepted Jesus Christ into your heart to be your savior by faith alone and that you are not ashamed of doing so.

Baptism is the way in which a Christian identifies himself with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In baptism our old man died with Christ and we rise up from the water with the new creation life in Christ. We can be baptized by total immersion in a river, in the sea or a swimming pool. There is nothing holy in the water that one immerses in when being baptized. If any miracle should happen during the baptism it is only by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Baptism is a religious rite. and those who originally set up the format for religion chose to keep certain things secret from general population so they could be in control.
Masaru Emoto has programed water as a science. This
is one of those guarded secrets...Water is Conscious Energy
just as all matter and all between matter. Including us. Water can be programed - by prayer or asking ....It works
and is not magical it is science of the Soruce that created all.

Well, baptism is supposed to be a PUBLIC outward showing of an inward change. And I don't think you would be dressed appropriately for a public viewing in the shower!
And it is NOT the water. It is a symbolic thing--not a literal one.

Water Baptism is a deed that is to be done in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ after one has repented, That is to show our faith to God & Obedience, By complete immursion in water. A shower is not complete immursion. & many don't take one everyday. Oh, by the way there is no trick about water baptism.

Nothing magical about holy water, I don't think. The shower should work for you if that is your belief. Oh my God, I just realized that I am older now and have never been baptized.
Some Christian I am, huh? I do, however, take showers so I guess I am OK. Thanx very much for "saving" me.

I think a morning shower does the trick just fine.
Of course, it helps a lot if you have a morning shower EVERY morning, not just once a week or so.
Why not combine the two. Have a priest bless your water heater?

Water and fire, which would you prefer! both shell rinse your sins.
Symbolically the Tree of Knowledge had two kind of fruits, one represent knowledge and the other was to represent the immortality, if man managed to eat from it too. Therefor we are mortal and not punished for eternity. Got it.
There are no tricks in it.
