using straightners to often can fry your hair i would just get a ceramic straightner, those ones dont fry your hair

You can straighten your hair with a straightening iron AND take good care of you hair. First, get a salon-quality flat iron. (I like the Solia...it has Tourmaline plates, which is better than ceramic and WAY better than metal. But it costs $88.....)

Then get products that will protect your hair from heat. I recommend Loreal Hot Straight and a leave-in conditioner of your choice.

My stylist told me that if you have a good flat iron and good products, you can straighten you hair everyday.....but I still don't recommend straightening everyday. I'm thinking 2-3 times a week.

If you can, let your hair dry naturally before using the straightening iron, and this will lessen the damage.

Use Garnier Fructis 3 Mintute Leave-in Masque once a week.

And if you do get damaged ends, just have them trimmed off. There is no need to throw away your flat iron! They are excellent tools that can give you awesome styles. As long as you're not careless, there is no reason why you can't have the straight look you want.

I use GHD hair straighteners every day and to be honest they are the best ones that I have ever used. Make sure you use a good ceramic plate pair and try and use a heat protective spray after each time you wash your hair. I use the Tres Eme one and that seems to do the trick. My hairdresser always compliments me on the good condition of my hair so it must do the trick!

Straightening your hair regularly damages it, especially if you dont use a heat protecting spray. You need to use a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week to stop your hair getting like straw. Try not straightening your hair for a while to give it time to recover

Yes straighteners damage hair! Any hair tool that uses heat does. But that hasn't stopped me! I use my GHD's everyday and my hair looks shiny and healthy because I look after it. Just use a protective product everytime, Heat Seal by Paul Mitchell is great, and get regular trims to get rid of any frazzled ends.

I consistently straighten my hair like various day till finally its paper skinny close to adequate, in basic terms area your hair and make certain its extremely as we communicate then before you circulate to mattress or some thing straighten it returned so its no longer as demanding to do in the morning

Look hair straighteners are bad for your hair as heat breaks hair, BUT you could use hair serum to protect your hair before using the hair straightener. That will be less wear and tare on your hair

YES!!!!!!!! YOU are LITERALLY FRYING your hair!!! I had to stop using heat on my hair as well, and its doing much better. What you need to do is find a product that will straighten your hair without you having to use heat on it. I suggest going to a beauty/hair supply store and looking around to see whats out there.

same with me
im 15 too
[[honestly]]

but it is really bad for your hair
because i use to do the same

try straightening it only 3 times a week
or you could try hot rollers in the morning
they only take up to 15 minutes or less
[[depending on how you want it]]
