These verses I believe may help you with your questions.
Romans 10:8-13
8 But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame." 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."
John 3:16-17
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
John 6:28-29
28 Then they said to Him, "What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?" 29 Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him(Jesus) whom He sent."
Matt 22:36-40
36 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?" 37 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."
Eph 2:8
8 God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God
Galatians 2:16
16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

God Bless you!

None can be good but God. Also a quote from Jesus. Jesus had not paid the price of sin. The only way to heaven was the law but even that was impossible. Those who accept the atonement are by faith made new and in agreement with God's righteousness. Jesus also said he and the Father are one and that he was the way and the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but through the Son. Jesus paid the penalty of sin for all who will accept it. The law is still valid and those who accept the atonement are by faith made new and in agreement with God's righteousness. Edit Everything he said is important he is more than a prophet he is God and all of his words are true. Sure wish more people understood them all. Jesus instructs us to follow the law none can it is the reason he paid the penalty of sin which is death.

There is too many thing a normal person has to do. To be the first to enter the kingdom of heaven, Jesus gave his life for all mankind. Because of this, we just have to accept him as our saviour. We only need to follow the voice of the Holy Spirits among us.

The ten comandements.
The first commandement is ''You shall NOT have other gods before Me!'',- so your God should be the God of Israel , and His eternal Son Jesus Christ sent on the Earth and born of Blessed Virgin ...and the Holy Spirit , actually ''The Holy Trinity''.
You must visit the one who is in jail, you must love even your enemy. If you have more houses..you should give them to poors..you must own only what you need..and your family...
You must not cheat your partener..not sleep around..you must love your husband/wife.You should divorce only if you are cheaten and your husband/wife sleeps around...
Welcome your friends and others and poor at food table..and honour the name of God, giving glory to Him ..You should read from Bible a little bit weakly to know what to do...From Old Testament and Also from New Testament...in paralel ..until you finish...

There is only one way to heaven. It does not depend on what religion you're in but on what God says. John 14:6 says "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." The only way you can get to heaven is by trusting in the Lord Jesus' finished work on the cross to wash away all your sins...it's that simple.

Depends on your religion. I only know what it is in Christianity, and that's to accept Christ into your heart and ask for his forgiveness for your sins. Not each individually of course, but to admit that you are a sinner, and you have made mistakes, but that you want to entrust him with your life now, and to try and lead a good life for God.
I may be wrong on this, but what I've learned from all my Catholic relatives is it's more of a routine, there are certain things you have to do and you have to be a good person.

Have faith in Christ, repent, get baptized and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Then continue to keep the commandments all the days of your life.

you don't have to do so many things you just have to except Him as your savior. Know and believe that he sent his son(Jesus)to the earth to save our sins, and believe and follow the ten commandments. Pretty much...

All you are required to do is honestly believe Jesus died for your sins, and confess it with your mouth when the opportunity presents itself.
