Odd... it looks like no one has taken a close look at the dictionary yet.

The word may be pronounced:

1) bi-KWEETHZ

or

2) bi-KWEETHS

In either case, the first vowel is pronounced like a short i (as in "it'), NOT as a long e (that is, NOT "bee" as people have been suggesting)

As for the ending - in the first case, you use the voice for both the th --as you do for "the"-- and the s-sound (making it sound like z). In other words, the ending sounds like the ending of "breathes".

In the second case, you do not use the voice at the end, pronouncing the th as in "myth" and the s as "s".

You can see this in the various pronunciations in these dictionary entries:

(Note that the voiced and unvoiced th are representing in different ways in the various dictionaries. To know what each is doing you either have to find their key, or to look up other words in which the sound is clearly pronounced one way or the other.)

Like: /bee 'kweethz/,
where the second /ee/ is stressed and a little bit longer than the first one;
where the /th/ sound is the same as in the article "the";
where the original "s" sounds like a /z/.

bee-kweethes.

The final "th" has to be hard. The stress is on the second syllable.
