Not enough to live on. Maybe enough for lunch--a cheap one. It was not a 'days pay'--much less.
The idea of the story/parable was to show all she had vs the excess of the rich proud man. She gave more because it was her 'all'. She probably went without because she gave.

Not the case with most of us, huh? We eat breakfast first, then go to church with our lunch planned....and pantry full. And we reach into our wallets and drop in a fiver and keep the twenties for lunch.
