I am also 5'3 and saw the docor last week. He told me that I need to gain weight so that I am anywhere from 115-120 because that is a healthy weight for my height. It depends on many things though, like what type of body you have and also your body mass. Be sure to talk to someone in the medical profession though because they can give you the best advice about weight and/or diet.

Your weight is just fine for your height, you could weigh some more and still be fine for your height. It also depends on your bone structure as well as to what you can weigh.
