im alot younger than my hubby and we get alot of looks, ive even had people come up to us and ask him how he got me, ive had people just come up to me and ask me why im with him you cant worry about what other people think,its all in how you feel, if i worried all the time about what people thought, i wouldnt be able to wear half the clothes i wear!!! lol

My Husband is 16 years younger than me, yes we have always had looks from other people, but it does not bother us, people who know us & family just treat us as a ' normal ' couple,we have been together for 18 years this year,still in love.

no but it shouldn't matter if people give u looks or not. All that should matter is if u are happy with that person and accept that person for who they are. People are going to judge u no matter how old u are. U just have to ignore it. But is shouldn't bother u b/c its ur life not theirs and if u want to date someone younger then u go for it don't let what they have to say interfere with what u want to do. Good luck.

my partner is older and yes we get looks all the time and alot of people thought he was my father he 42 and I'm 34. Not a whole lot of differnce but enough for people to act like ***'s

My partner is alot older than me. I am 35 and he is 52 (17 years). we used to get looks, but now that we have been together for 5 years and everyone has gotten to know him it is not a problem.

i am sorry but truth is that looks from ppl are not the real problem
it is you who is boncious of the fact
this over concious worry also reveal that she/he had to submit for this marriage under duress or not atleast on equal terms
it is this fact which is bthering you
if you can make and keep your partner happy never mind it should not bother you
just make up ur mind to keep ur partner always happy

my lady is a lot younger than i am and while i have yet to see the reactions of other people i know they will not bother me

my ex was 9 years older than me but looked younger than he was. and my new guy is 10 years younger than me. i guess i must look somewhere in between as people have never stared or commented.
maybe they just wait till we've gone.!

I don't have that problem, but the people who are looking wish they did, there trying to figure out how the old person got the young one so they can to.
