nicely, depending upon how overdue i'm getting back/how a lot power I actually have, i'm both gonna fry (saute) some portobello mushrooms with onions and performance them on an finished-wheat bun, or i am going to have leftover Eggplant Parmesan, minus the Parmesan. Plus a salad for sure. Or, if the cooking malicious program truly bites me on the experience homestead, i'd make some type of pasta dish with total-wheat pasta. Doubt it inspite of the actuality that.

I get bored easily too. I go to www.allrecipes.com!! It is my favourite website. Not only does it have a million recipes but people rate them too. Just type in pork chops or chicken, whatever you think you are going to make and then you can look through the different recipes to see what matches you have in you cupboard.

u can do sweet n sour chicken in the oven.use ketchup n brown sugar n 1 pk of onion soup add some garlic n cover with foil n put in oven then serve with side dishes.
oh ya here is something that is less in fat n tastes great with most vegtables is parmesan cheese u just toss the veggies with the cheese .
Well hope that helped a bit.

Take the chicken and throw it in a crockpot along with 1can cream of chicken and 1 can of cheese soup or mushroom if you don't have cheese cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. We use the soup after cooking for gravey for mashed:) Very Yummy:)

What about the good old porkchops or chicken with mushroom soup and rice? Just put a cup or two of rice in a baking dish, put the porkchops or chicken on top, then cover it with mushroom soup and a can of milk or water. You can throw some frozen veggies in with it, then bake it for about an hour, or until the meat is cooked.

If you have some stock then pore it over the chicken in a oven dish and chuck on as many herbs as you can. If you have it, throw in some tomatoes and some tiny potato chunks. Cook it all in the oven for about an hour covered, then fire it under the grill so it's crispy on top.
I am a lazy person so this kind of meal suits me!
