My gf and i do a smoothie every morning. 1 banana, 11/2 cups strawberries, 3/4 cup blueberries, 1 pre-made yogurt(like yoplait) 4 tblspns rich chocolate ovaltine. Add enough skim milk to be drinkable. Lots of vitamins and antioxidents. You can add/subtract ingredients for a little variety too.

I had a nice big bowl of Total Raisin Bran topped with rie milk and a tall glass of water.
Unfortunately, the raisin bran gave me heart burn. :-(
