Unless she is lethargic, you don't need to over react and rusher her to the hospital. Children at that age, need to go seek medical help after 24 hours of no urinating. I have been through this many, many times. Try and give her pedialite (with jello crystals if she won't drink.) Or gatoraide. Keep a close eye on her. If anything seriously changes, seek medical help.
Good luck.

It sounds like a Urinary tract Infection and that will keep her away from peeing because it hurts her. and maybe shes also dehydrated from all the vommiting. u have to take her to the doctor immediately!! mean while u can give her alot of gatorade or pedialyte that can help her get hydrated better than anything else. and dont let her play in the bath tub that can give her the UTI if she doesnt already have it. i hope she feels better.

take her to the doctor right away- if you can't, take her to an ER. she's probably very dehydrated if she's puking up the fluids you are giving her. and she is too young to not be peeing. she needs to see a doctor. the episode you mentioned when she was saying pee and you put her on the toilet actually sounds like she might have been in pain- like she was trying to pee and couldn't or it hurt- which sounds like infection. but it really sounds like dehydration because she's been throwing up.

You need to take her to the doctor right away. She isn't keeping any liquids down so she is probably dehydrated. Better to err on the side of safety!
Take care..hope she gets well soon.

Sounds like an infection, get her to hospital NOW!
If she's been vomiting all weekend and hasn't peed no amount of fluid she drinks is going to keep her hydrated.

You need to take her to the emergency room immediately. It may be something easily treated but it's always best to err on the side of caution.
