working out once a week isnt enough. while its a great start and i comend you for it, you need cardio like 3 times a week and weights 2 times a week, or some sort of balance like that. but you cant expect to lose much weight if you only work out once a week.

To be honest working out once is not a enough. You should have at least 3-5 days in a gym. Doing cardion, free weights and other things your gym may provide. To several reps of each item you are lifting. Eating healthy is very important too, and eating it all the time. You can work out and lose weight but if you don't build lean muscule and stay on a pretty good diet you won't see any results. You don't even have to change your diet just cut back portions of what you eat.

You aren't doing the right thing to lose weight/fat. You need to workout 3+ times a week and include a cardio workout each time (30+ minutes on a treadmill - increasing speed, length of time and incline as you feel comfortable). Also stay away from breads (especially white & that includes bagels), pasta, and include foods high in fiber. Also make sure you drink 6-8 glasses of water per day (very important for weight loss).

u are gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. u will notice that u are toning up and losing hte pudge in areas...but ur weight will stay around the same bc this is being converted into muscle mass. but to lose the weight u need to cut back on carbs, increase cardio (even if its just walking 30 minutes a day at moderate speed) and increase workouts (one day is not enough...try every other day and then increase again to everday a week ...but leave 1 day of rest)

You are building muscle and losing the fat. Muscle weighs more then fat. Try doing more cardio if you want to lose some weight.

No I'm sorry to say but once a week is not enough. A minimum of three times a week is necessary and it needs to include some cardio exercise - treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical or something.

If you ride a push bike 20 minutes a day every day then your problem should be solved. Gaining muscle weight is different to loosing weight and requires cardiovascular workout.

if u want to lose weight, you must do cardio at least 3-4 times a week.
cardio = cycling, swimming, running, etc, they burn the most calories.
Carrying weights won't burn much calories, so use them just for toning on off days(when not doing cardio).

Maybe try going a few times a week, but don't focus on your weight....muscle does weigh more than fat. Focus on your inches. Good Luck!

you needs to get the hear rate up..more cardio for longer periods of time..Run with them weights..If u can't make it to the gym 2-3 times a week..U can always refer to the "Burn a whopper with cheese" sex act. An hour of good sex is suppose to be equivalent to burning a whopper with cheese.
Have fun!!
