Quickly and weights do not go together. You can seriously hurt yourself. Just increase your weights little by little every week and then you will come to the weight you want. Don't ever look for the easy way for anything in life, it will always get you no where or in worse shape than you were in to begin with.

get a bench press shirt. some of the new ones out add 50-70 lbs to your press. they are a little pricey though..my boyfriend competes in powerlifting and has one he received from a friend..he got an increase of 55lbs. we are saving for a new one

when you get done working out drink a bottle of chocolate milk it will increase your muscle mass by 7% it's better than any protein drink.trust me it works.
