It appears that FRONTIER AIRLINES has trained there employees to lie and make up excuses, for the incompetencies for this airline and its employees. The employees make up arbitarary rules to fit there need to cover up this airline and its employees shortcomings. Can you imagine no manager available to resolve an issue, because it is too early for manager to show up in the morning. Frankly, these guys have disgusted me and I will NEVER fly this airline!

I have to agree with others who posted. It's just about any other airline as well that is like that nowadays.
Unfortunately after working for an airline would have to say that there is a good chance they were being honest that there was no manager in the morning available for you to speak to because MY personal experience was that I worked in one state and the manager we reported to was two states away. Too many indians and not enough chiefs that know what is going on was my experience.

I have not had any problems with Frontier, but I know that this trouble does exist and it happens at all of the airlines, not just Frontier. Out of all of the airlines, the folks at US Airways seem to be the most incompetent people out there.

I artwork in an airport and they are low-cost by way of places they flow to and they ought to compete with delta and USAir. I do trust the different individual, you'll frequently be in an airbus that could carry fairly some people promptly. i have under no circumstances considered an E touchdown with a frontier airline jet formerly

I have never flown that airline but in general, the "low-fare" airlines are bad like that. United Airlines is even worse than the "low-fare" airlines. I will stick with American Airlines or Continental Airlines. They know how to treat their customers...

Breathe David, Breeeeeaaattthhhhheeee. It's o.k. to vent, but honestly, you could just as easily replace "Frontier" with any other airline name, and it would still be 100% true.
