I go for runs between 2-3 times a week. How much is to much running a week?

my wife's uncle is in his late 50s and he runs 10-20 miles every day.. he is borderline too much, but I don't think you have anything to worry about..

It depends on when you started running, how much you are able to run. It's always good to start out slow. I am a runner and it's good to start with say run for 2 min walk 4 and slow decrease the walking time. Look anything running related up at runnersworld.com, great website.

thats not too much. a 3-5 mile run should be just fine for what u are doing. u can even run daily if u cut ur milage back. but ur body will let u know when uve had too much. it will start to hurt, fatigue, etc when it needs u to let up a little.

you have to run more then 20 minutes each time, 20 minute its when your body have pass stage one so about 30 minutes,,,,

run each 2 days,,,

about 20 -25 minutes ( in a slow manner )
