I'm currently in contact with a girl in asia thru some online dating site and I was wondering what are other's experiences on long distance dating. Can we really meet someone in real even if the other person is 12 hours of plane because I'm starting to have some doubts.

I got a friend who met a filipina from Manila over an asian dating site and now he is married with that woman and they got one kid. You have to go with your luck there's nothing 100% sure in this world. I f you feel that the woman you are talking to sounds honest then go, if you you have evenb 1% doubt, then forget about it!

be very cautious, there are many scams and rip offs concerning these dateing sites, be sure to check every little detail.. see if you can find a friend in that girls country and have them check out that dateing service company first... been there before, i know..
