Many diets will help you lose weight. However lots of times you regain it soon after you are off the diet. The best way I've found
is to eat anything you want, only cut the portions down. Eat a small plate of food and don't go for seconds. This way you don't crave stuff not on a diet. Cut out the snacks and exercise regularly. Walking is very good to keep you in shape. This approach will shrink your stomach and if you continue it, you will
not gain the lost weight back.

There are no hidden secrets. It is simply eating right and excursive.
