I saw a great website that had a guide, andmaybe some fill in the blanks. Either way it's probably some great inspiration!
Good luck!

you can start by writing down the way that you fell about your soon to be spouse even if you use one word ex. love, trust ,resepect. then incorporate those words into sentences, paragraphs just like we did in school when we had to make a sentence out of each spelling word it may not sound like your ideal way of writing your vows but i do know that some people have trouble with expressing their feelings and you may think that it is not heart felt enough but the important part is that it coems from YOUR heart and not someone else's words or a book

We wrote our own wedding vows. We just wrote what came straight from our hearts. Your vows are very special. You dont want to say something that someone else may have said to their new spouse.

start off by writing down all your feelings for your soon to be wife and then tweak it until you feel it's right...
get your information from your heart...take some time to really reflect and think about it...
you'll be fine!
