Why the yellow background, behind some of my programs?

When I click on start, and go into my programs, some of them have a light yellow background, about 50% of them, does this mean anything ?

New installations - as soon as you use it, it will go back to the normal colour.

It means they are newly installed. In time the coloring will go away.
