i Dont really care what other people think of me! ..but im just curious i am 16 a sorta dark girl with really long dark hair i was a model and now i have my eye brow pearced bull ring an am soon getting a tattoo of a scorpion on the side of my neck? and was just wondering what other people would think of me??? please answer...thanx :)

I think the scorpion would be sexier if it were next to your hip bone in that little dent off to the side below your belly button. You're only 16... wait to do a tattoo that everyone will see for the rest of your life until you're older. You may love the idea of something like that while you're young, single, partyin', and carefree... but you may change your mind when you settle down and get a career and a family... if that's what you eventually want. If you know that one day you're going to own a tattoo shop and be bad-@ss for the rest of your life then whatever... I think that my first impression of it would be a turn-off if you were to put one on your neck... especially since you're so young... I might think "young and stupid". (NO OFFENSE)!

It doesnt matter what people think of you,its what you think of yourself.However you have to remember you are only 16 and may regret having a tattoo on your neck when you get older.The eyebrow thing is ok its reversible.Im 32 and had a tattoo last year on my lower arm to cover some marks that i was paranoid of.If i had the choice to have a tattoo anywhere it would have been somewhere less noticible.Its up to you but i would say to give it a lot of thought and maybe have a transfer there first to see how you like it and to see how people look at you,at least you can wash it off.

Hey, I have a scorpion tattoo! However, on the side of your neck would be ghetto and tacky. Any tattoo on the neck is tacky. The key is to think about how you'll feel about it in 5, 10, 15, 20 or more years.

You sound like a very pretty girl, and it really shouldn't matter what other people think..but since your asking you probably do. Right now your sixteen and it seems like a really good idea..but trust me I'm 24 now and the things I liked when I was 16 aren't the same now...Tattoos are great. I love them...I have one, but you really should seriosly think about putting it somewhere else...tattoos are permanent, but at least if you get it somewhere else you can cover it with your clothes if you decide it doesn't suit you later!!! Really Really think about your life a few years from now before you do this. I hope this helps, Good Luck

Really think about it first. On the side of your neck is a very visible place and it could well be something you will regret in the future when you are older. How about somewhere less visible?

yikes..I like tattoos and all but not on the neck you have to also think of the future like when you graduate what types of jobs are you going to do? People like to disciminate if you have tattoos and if you have one on your neck you can't hide it
