It's good, but I would probably prefer milk chocolate most of the time.

Sometimes I do prefer to have dark chocolate, knowing that it's not as creamy. I like that bitterness, and it feels like I'm eating "real" chocolate, like I'm somehow more of a man and more of an authentic person, as opposed to those flakey types who just eat what's easy and convenient or what their mother gave them (momma's boys).

Have you ever had Men's Pocky? Dark chocolate on one of those cookie batons a la Japonaise. Yum.

Dark chocolate is nice melted and poured on vanilla ice cream.

I don't like dark chocolate even though lately the news is that it's "better for you." (Only in chocolate chip cookies, I'll tolerate it.) Love Cadbury's, Nestle's and any imported milk chocolate like Elite from Israel. Hershey's doesn't seem as good as it used to be, seems to have a "cheesy" flavor.

dark chocolate, from my own knowledge contains a ratio of greater cocoa, an ingredients in chocolate than that of milk.. And it's taste is bitter..

I'm not one for sweets, but this nice semi-sweet taste of dark chocolate 75% cacao is delicious. Goes nice with my nitecap of single malt Whisky.

I'll use it for cooking and I'll give it to my dad (he love it) but I won't eat it. Don't really care for it much.
Give me my milk chocolate...sooo good.
