Assuming the only faith in a God you have (like hundreds of millions worldwide) is church on a Sunday...

If you go to church, do you go because you actually have faith in a God and want to praise that God or do you just go because your supposed to?

Many people who claim to have faith in a God have false faith. A handed down 'we have to go to church this morning' faith.

Maybe alot of these faithful are unworthy, deserve nothing and should just stop going altogether.

I don't go to church every Sunday but I believe that anything can be done through God. I know that even when it looks like things are going all wrong...in the end it will be okay. I know that God will always love and protect me and I am not ashamed to step out on Faith because I know he lives and I know first hand what he can do. I try never to question him but instead just live a good life and try to do right by others.

I dont go to church every sunday.. its maybe because im too lazy to go but it doesnt mean that i have no faith in Him.
And i go sometimes because inside of me misses HIM soo much.. so i get to feel Him there.. Going to church is another way of visiting His Home.. And of course how can i forget the preachings that awakens the soul.
Im not a good person but by just listening to his teachings lightens me up afterwards.

I believe in God...
I dont believe I have to go to church to prove it to Him or anyone else for that matter of fact. I try to live moraly, pray to him and keep faith. He knows who I am and what I stand for... and definitely knows how deeply and truly I appreciate him and the work he's done in my life. All I can do further is keep doing what Im doing, and lead a good life...love, be happy etc...

I don't go to any church at all, as my church is my home, when I'm at home I'll be free to talk with God as long as I want, when I wake up in the morning, I say to God: Thank you God for these first breath that I'm taking this morning, and thank you God for the day that is coming on me, and in the evening I shell return to you to bless me in my sleep.

You don't have to be a church going holy-roller, to appreciate GOD. Different ways you can should your appreciating.
#1. LOVE LIFE!, that includes the world around you, nature too!
#2 Respect yourself and your environment don't let life get you down.
#3 Don't commit any "major" sins such as adultery or murder!

FOLLOW THOSE RULES AND YOU'LL BE FINE

James 2:26........faith without works is dead

Matthew 7:21-23.......“Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.  Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’  And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness.

Well, your assumption leaves a huge minority out.. those of us who don't believe in a christian god... this includes jews, muslims, pagans, buddhists, et al...

I appreciate my "god", and She is very much a part of my life every day. My church is nature, and I worship as much as possible.
