I'm in a sticky situation with a former male friend of mine. We were close friends b4, but we had joked about hooking up until I got upset with him since I ended up wanting to and felt like he was disrespecting me. I ended up calling him a dog since he has a gf/fiancee overseas and was talking to me about doing it. Anyway I ended up writing a letter to him apologizing to him and he told me I was too weird to be his friend since I gave him mixed signals. He emailed me telling me I needed therapy and that I should get a bf and some friends. When he emailed me this, I was hurt and had been ignoring him for a month, but I could tell he would look at me and try to make me jealous by talking to other girls. I think he realized he had hurt my feelings since I could tell he looked guilty sometimes. I went up to him and said hi and he said hi. He looked at me like he wanted to talk. I can tell he is uncomfortable and

If you knew that you were going to die tomorrow, would you finally clear up things with the "male friend" of yours? I think so. And since death is unpredictable, I would say get your behind off the computer and do what you have to do. I think you already know what that is.

U c i hate it when that happens, I have split up with my husband not divorced and i ended up meeting this guy and i told him im just looking for friends and after a while things got a bit uncomfortable meaning we had phone sex - then i still expected nothing from him cause we just really connect but then he tells me we cant be anything mo than friends cos im still a married women and that he knew all along, he was a bit rude with me at a stage not like your friend but it opened up my eyes - friends is as far as the relationship will ever grow even if we do love each other we wont connect as lovers. So the same goes for you keep him as a friend its much saver - you can only get burnt in a relationship like that. My friend also chose another girl over me but it didnt last a week.

You were right... He is a dog. Good for you and keep on running the OTHER way. The boy sounds like he needs therapy, not you.. BI polar perhaps he is???? Be glad he has a girlfriend/fiancee and its NOT you. If he looks like he wants to talk and then doesn't, he sounds ignorant to me. Uncomfortable? With you?? PLEEZE! Sounds like an abusive son of a gun to me. Not a physical abuser, but a mental abuser. RUN!!!

He is just upset he didn't get what he wanted. And after apologising to him, he said you are wierd. Which means he's interpretation of "cool" is by sleeping with him which you don't want to. Why shouldn't he do it with his fiancee instead?

Just make him uderstand that you don't want to sleep with him and if he's a good friend he should respect that.It would be childish to ingnore him, say hi whenever you see him and set boundries with him but if he shows that he's really sorry you can go back as friends if not he doesn't deserve your friendship.
And try to ignore him whenever he tries to make you gealous with other girls.

First of all if I am not mistaken you are in love with him and you want him to be with you and also don't like because he hurt you so I think you must get rid of him because he must be humble first and then if you still feel unconfortable so find another friend. I would say that, DONT TALK TO HIM...
see friendship is fine till it is respected from both the side, but if one freind doesnt know how to keep relation and respect the other friend then it is of no need to keep friendship. cause if you will talk to him and still go and talk to him then he will think that you need his friendship and you want him, that will boast him and he will never understand his line if respect in freindship.so better dont talk to him, let he realise what your friendship is for him.

I wouldn't ignore him, just say hi to him everytime you see him and smile, let him make the first move . but in the mean time go out and have some fun.

Maybe you should call him instead. It might help if you're not face to face. Give him a chance to talk, and make sure he knows what you think too.
