it is possible if you go on a totally restricted diet which could be unhealthy. Five years ago I lost a hundred pounds, but it took one year. How I did it was eating protein, vegetables including potatoes not fried, and fruits. I eliminated all junk food and all carbohydrates except those naturally occurring in fruits and vegetables. It was a safe diet and I have been able to maintain the weight loss for five years.

Cut your food portions in half. That will eliminate a great deal of calories. If you can exercise that will help you lose weight faster.

if you have any questions please let me know,

No, even by unhealthy ways like starving yourself, you cannot lose 100 lbs in four months... that's nearly a pound a day!!!

I understand your frustration at wanting to lose weight and see it gone overnight, but it's not going to happen... If you starve yourself you may drop a lot quickly, but your body will catch on, drop your metabolism rate and start clinging to every calorie it can. Then when you eat again, your body will store as much as possible (because it thinks you are starving) and it's very likely that you'll gain back more than you lost.

All kinds of studies have been done, and the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to lose 1-2 pounds a week. That way you don't alter your body's metabolism. Cut back your calories and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day three or four days a week. Good luck and best wishes!!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

No. It took years to put it on, and it will take at least a year to take off. Sorry. Just gotta be patient. And even if you could it wouldn't be healthy to lose weight that quick. It has been shown that a person who loses 1-2 a week has the best chance of keeping it off.

So healthfully she would desire to in basic terms lose as much as approximately 30 pounds. She would desire to eat lean meats, vegetables and culmination, small food throught the day, no speedy food, and artwork out 3-4 circumstances a week.... only the way its constantly pronounced to do. Probably not but maybe. With a real aggressive supernatural kind of attempt to do so, it could be possible. I figure a 300 lb. person could maybe lose up to 105 pound max in 4 months.

You may be able to, but, if you do, you will be putting alot of strain on your body & could end up with some complications. 6 months would be more reasonable & healthy.
