We have a lot (120) of bottles from our company that we have been given and we would like to send them out to people..

I'm not worried here like with other questioners about the forms/ legalities about sending alcohol, just the sheer practicality about packing up wine to get posted.

There has to be a better way than to hand bubble-wrap 120 bottles and stuff each package with endless polystyrene..

Has anyone invented a jiffy bag that you can just pop a bottle into..?!

Any thoughts?

here in napa they make these great boxes with styrofom inside to indvidually protect the bottles. Check with a shipping company. As somebody else mentioned, there are restrictions on what states you can ship to....so be careful.

bypass to the nearest save that sells wine and ask that they carry a number of their packing bins that the wine arrives in. those packing bins have the little sq. separators in them and also you may style of administration your diverse sizes of bottles by ability of putting bits of newspaper over the necks of the bottles. Styrofoam cups upended over the tops of the necks help too. sturdy success! thanks
