How can I increase my height if I'm already 16 and I feel that I'm not growing even an inch. Plus I have this insecurities over those long-legged girls. How do i get over this?

Actuall, there is no way to increase your height.
If you're meant to grow a certain length there is no way you can go over that.

I wish I knew.... Eat healthy.... etc..... I stopped growing shorting after my period started...started at about 12...stopped growing maybe 13 or 14....still about the same height and weight as I was then... give or take a little... I am now 31 years old... 5' 1 3/4''....always wanted to be tall and have long legs.....Look at the genetics in your family... both parents and grandparents... will probably give you a pretty good idea of how tall you will be... Good luck.... Only can do//work with whatcha got... gotta try being happy being "short n sweet".... least I'm small not fat... prettty cute etc... still look very very young... lol.. try to be positive...

Technically, you can't actually /make/ yourself grow taller. I have the same problem, I'm 16 and about 5'2 ". What works for me is wearing long-fitting shirts. They're in style now and everything, so it's not like people will see it as you just trying to appear taller ;).

There is no problem with being shorter than other girls. Many people prefer being smaller..I know i wish every now andthen that i were.
I dont think you can change your height..but maybe your posture. Try ballet or yoga or just stand up staighter with your tummy drawn slightly inward.

However, there are a lot of men, me included, that think small women are incredibly sexy. Remember that instead of worrying over what society says you should be.
