Unless youre forcing someone into a chair and doing somethign to their lobes, it really is not much you can do.

Heck Foxnews would get the chair if there was liability for brainwashing people.

To this day, people live by their foxnews, when they are the most misinforming station out their.
They must be sending radio waves through their T.V.satellites with subliminal transmissionns like 'bush is good..bush is good' at such a low frequency only dogs can hear it.

After getting out of the military I realized Fox news is not informative unless its for entertainment purposes only.

And anyone who tries to argue, couldnt keep up with the facts or argue a fair and balanced debate on how fair and balanced fox actually isn't.
They lean to the extreme right, and their best defense is accuse everyone else of exactly what they do.

Proof is why Bill O'reilly is still allwed on the air, when he makes such comments.....

that's in some countries... Muslim countries will prosecute you in case you attempt to "brainwash" someone into starting to be a Christian. "Brainwashing" isn't a criminal offense in the united statesA.....yet. The a procedures left, politically maximum superb 'police' may favor to make a regulation adverse to everyone who would not "toe the line" with their agenda.

depends where you live. i would say yes, but these days the police and lawyers are to lazy to take the case on. i do know if a person has mental problems, and some one takes advantage of them knowing they are mentally ill they can have charges brought up agents them.
