i know that labradors are friendly but mine is a bit not. it would jump on someone and if u try to hug her, she wud scratch u. something like that.

Show her some affection and dont yell at her all the time. Play with her and show her that you care.

The jumping up is an affectionate thing she is doing .scratching is just accidental.
They are just natural loving dogs and Like some guys they are just too aggressive., so you must be a bit mean to them to get them to understand what behavior is acceptable.
Seriously now . When the dog jumps up step right towards her and kick her hard in the chest with your knee ..enough to knock her off balance and say no in a loud and unpleasant voice. if you have a male friend visitor have him do the same. T
She is naturally smart and this will take only a few times for her to understand and you will have a great dog instead of a great problem.
