Yesterday I decided to tell a girl who I love what I think of her. The problem is that most of the time the two of us live at opposite sides of the country. So, rather then wating till she is next here I decided to tell her by text. This was 18 hours ago, and I still don't have a reply, what does everyone think I should do now?

i have to be honest and say, 18 hours is a long time.
maybe she was shocked by the revolation and is gauging how to deal with it. or maybe...and sorry about this...you've frightened her off a bit.
or maybe she just hasn't got the text yet, my phone can be slow sometimes.
you should definately phone her. act normal, sound positive and happy, but slip in "did you get my text"?
if shye continues to ignore your calls, maybe you have your answer...

I think you should wait to hear from her!!
When someone tells you that they love you, it is a lot to take in, she's probably just thinking about how she feels about it and what to say to you!!
If you keep pestering her, she will start to think you're a bit obsessive, give her time I'm sure she'll come round!!
If she doesn't respond in a couple of days though, it maybe an idea to send her a text and ask her why and if she is ok?

I would have waited until she got there, or at least called her on the phone.
The damage is done.
She is probably trying to figure out why you would text her your feelings.......
She will contact you when she is good and ready.
You have to wait, seeing you did a very clumbsy thing here.

I have boyfriend from another country and it's not problem(I mean a distance)....wait and don't write again now...and when she answers,wait a little...don't show that you're going mad for her.If she doesn't answer,don't do anything and wait what happens when you meet her next time..

Wait for her to contact you, and see if she mentions it. There's a chance she didn't get your text, these things do go astray. Anyway, if you're going to tell someone you love them, it's much better face to face!

Now may be she was confusing, so u just patient to wait untill what happend next and dont give up.........try again too. because after 32 times i'm approching then only i get my Gf heart. so just try it.

yeah give her time to think.... n later on like after 2 days or so... after the painfull waiting period... then give her a call and ask her...
