Nissan obviously do NOT make JUST their own plugs, filters oil etc, and I am trying to find out which manufacturer(s) they use. can anyone help please

Wrong. Not Bosch.
Most Nissans use NGK plugs, which are factory-installed. Nissan manufactures their own oil filters and air filters.

They get them from various sources, but as they buy in such large quantities they can specify what branding goes on them, just like Tesco does with their "own brand" products.
