How many of such tubers (cassava) can be harvested from 2 hectares of land?

A cassava tuber would average about 3 pounds so around 650 tubers in a ton. The rest will be a guesstimation. Cassava is not generally grown on a large scale, but I think you could expect around one ton per acre or 2.5 tones per hectare. So let's say around 3250 tubers on two hectares.

my company do have large scale of cassava plantation for our bio project, it depend on type of cassava
