how do you learn to wiggle your ears?

Huh? Who cares?
All i do is move my eyebrows up and down, then move the muscles on the side of my head back....there you go

I am not sure you can "learn" to do this. I started doing this in order to adjust my glasses without using my hands, say if I was in the middle of doing something. One day someone was amazed that I can wiggle my ears. Honestly, I was not even trying.
