Well you can usually tell if she takes quick glances at you then looks away when you look at her, if she stutters when talking to you and seems nervous or something...
Although this can be the complete opposite if she is outgoing and bubbly etc.
Has she hinted something at all about liking you? Has she made any subtle or even non subtle moves on you?
It all depends on the girl really, but the only way you will ever know is if you ask her.
