takes about two weeks for them to totally disappear, Be careful she doesnt pick at them because my son has two scars on his face where he picked at them, he had them when he was 3 and is now 5.

She should not be allowed out of the house to mix with anyone else for at least a week as she is highly contagious to even those who have had Chicken Pox before. The scabs will take between 10 and 14 days to drop off naturally.
I had Chicken Pox when I was 22 and had them bad.
To relieve itching and soreness, try using a potassium bath and seek advice from Pharmacist to an anti itching agent suitable for the poor girl. And try not to cover her up with any heavy clothes, use light cottons or allow her to wear as little as possible.
Check the rest of the family daily for any indications of spots as well and if any of you work or meet the elderly, young or sick make sure you do inform the supervisor / manager that there is a person with chicken pox in your family as you may be carrying but not come out this time.

Dont worry they'll be gone in about a week and a half.

I had this when i was a child and the spots are just so itchy i was constantly scratching my forehead and ive now got the pock scars to prove it, try not to let her scratch if possible.

Firstly although it looks unsightly, pretty much everyone gets chickenpox. The whole package should be done and dusted in 10-14 days.

they take about a week to fade. She shouldn't really be going out anywhere anyway, as she is probably still contagious.
