How can i liven up i exercixe i eat healthy foods but yet i still feel drained and tired all the time??

there's alot of things that can cause this - iron deficiency, dehydration, stress. I would suggest you go to your GP so they can run through possible causes with you

Please see your gp, there are a few minor health issues that can cause this and they're all fixable.
Also, when you say you eat healthy, make sure you don't just cut out fat and sugar, thats not healthy eating but it will make you tired if you don't eat enough calories every day. Just avoid empty calories.
Salmon, eggs and olive oil are examples of foods that supply healthy fats and you need some every day.
White sugar is an example of empty calories, it has no nutritional value other than the calories.

Do you get up early? Do you go to sleep quite late? Perhaps youre not getting enough sleep or not getting a good sleep. If you drink a lot of caffine that can also drain you and make you feel tired.

If it's none of these perhaps you should have a blood test and check your blood pressure just to make sure everything is ok.

Are you sleeping well?, do you try to get enough sleep, are you excercising too much?

Are you thirsty al the time too - could be diabetes o r any number of things- see your GP

You might have chronic fatigue syndrome or many other things. Go to a doctor.

Have your Thyroid checked , it could be under active Thyroid , which would explain the tiredness,as it happen to me .

see your dr it could be underactive thyroid or mild depression thats making you tired ,are you getting plenty of sleep as well?
