,They are bad for you and cause most folks to gain unhealthy weight. Even the salad can lead you to an early grave. The laziness that inspires our society to under achieve is a serious ill effect. Fast food is taking full advantage of this phenomenon. Look back at our ancestors. Did they have a McDonald's to buy food. No they had to grow much of what they consumed and growing food means work, work is exercise, and exercise is healthy.

You could consume fast food every day, but your brain would suffer if that is all that you ate.
There are not a whole lot of fast food places that offer plain fruit, like banannas and apples and such. Without sucrose or glucose, which comes from fruit, your brain cells will die.
Not to mention the high fat and high calorie content of fast food. On top of that you have to remember that almost no fast food is fresh. When they freeze things to store them, they usually use carbon dioxide to do so. Our bodies in their natural form were meant to eat carbon dioxide. While I'm sure a reasonable intake of processed foods is harmless, a large intake of them will hurt your body in the long run.

The main reason one should not eat fast food daily is the high levels of sodium (salt) and fat in most fast food.
Because of the high levels of sodium and fat, eating fast food in excess can lead to obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
