i hav low vision and when i try to see picture from window magnifier(see detals)?

When i try to see a picture from windows magnifier,(when i point the pointer) to the uper left of any picture 4-folder strip occures infront of uper right corner with pointer, and as result i could not see the sometime important part of picture(like part name)medical pictures

It Depends in what Window's your Useing...... try going to start Programs and Control Panal and should Find a Ease to Access and when you go there should be a Magnafying acceseries for the Program.... If it's not in there Look in the Search bar for Magnafying softwere.....

i would suggest downloading avant. you can get it at www.freedownload.com it has a cool magnifying tool all you do is put your curser on the pic and click the plus button. works great.
