as/400 and synon2e?

whats your view about the future of as/400 and synon 2e(mainly in india)?

The AS/400 is not going away. Synon as a package will continue to be developed as long as there is a vested market for it.

Future? many packages have come and gone and while they were here they were the talk of the town. Some of these packages are still around and being maintained only as a legacy software.......Synon may be bought out or may just cease altogether............the only future in the computer world is change.
